Transportation to the ceremony/reception will depart from The Lodges at Deer Valley from 4:30pm - 4:40pm. Transportation will also be provided back to The Lodges at Deer Valley at the end of the night. There is no parking at the venue, so all guests will need to plan accordingly to use these shuttles.

There is not parking at Empire Canyon Lodge (the wedding ceremony/reception). However, daily parking fees are being waived for our guests staying at the hotel room block (The Lodges at Deer Valley). If you are not staying at the hotel (The Lodges at Deer Valley), you can park for free in lot 5 (the closest parking to the hotel) during the festivities. All guests will be shuttled to/from the wedding from/to this meeting point.

This is a formal event - e.g. suits and dresses (long or short dresses). For people wearing heels, please be prepared to walk on grass (we recommend planning on a block heel!) Please wear whatever color/pattern you love, however, we kindly request that the bride is the only one in white (white dress shirts under suits is ok!)
